Again, it’s a busy weekend in the Auchterarder area.
This morning at 10am there is a Coffee Morning at the Parish Church Community Centre hosted by the Parish Church Guild.
Later in the afternoon, Glencairn House Care Home are having their Summer fete to raise funds for the resident’s entertainment fund. £3.50 entry to include Tea, Coffee and Strawberry tart and there will be a Raffle, Tombola, Cake & Candy, Books & Crafts.
This evening we have a fantastic opportunity to attend the Vintage Mobile Cinema Bus. The one-of- a-kind mobile cinema will show clips and short movies from the British Pathe Archive as of noon on 9th September. Hop on, hop off…just £10 for the 40 minute screening.

Sunday sees Perth Festival of Yarn at the Dewars Centre. Scotland’s Contemporary Yarn and Fibre Festival; bringing together independent dyers, farmers, small-holders, knitters, spinners, felters and weavers. Facilitating the best of texitle artistry and sustainability. Classes and lectures to inspire. Knit and natter where you can have a bite to eat and natter to friends.
