Superbreak and LateRooms.com Cease Trading

If you have booked a Summer getaway through either Superbreak or LateRooms.com you should be checking your travel arrangements immediately.

Parent company The Malvern Group went into administration today and both companies have now ceased trading.

If you have booked to travel through either of these companies the consensus of advice is to contact your travel agent as soon as possible.

If you booked directly on the websites and have not yet paid money then contact the hotel you booked with and check before travelling.

All hotel only break bookings will be cancelled now that the companies are no longer trading.

If you are already on holiday you may be asked to pay for your accommodation.  If so remember to keep your receipt.

If you have booked a package holiday you may be able to get help from ABTA.  If you paid by card then your card provider may be able to help.

As of checking at 10.30pm this evening all three websites are down and the companies are no longer able to assist with enquiries.
