What should we do if we have these dates? We would ask our customers (retailers) to note any returns from our consumers please. We would ask our consumers (members of the public) to return the product to store and ask for a refund. The store will then deal with the claim through our commercial teams.

Any immediate concerns can be dealt with ‘instore’ as there are Questions and Answers available within the store OR you can contact our Consumer care team directly on: consumers@muller.co.uk or 01630 692000.

We would stress that this is an isolated incident and an extensive investigation is being carried out. It does not affect any other product in our range. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
