Luke Graham MP kicked off his summer surgery tour this past weekend with surgeries in Kinnesswood on Friday, and then Huntingtower, Crieff, Comrie and Methven on Saturday.
Speaking about his surgery tour, Luke Graham said,
‘I held eighteen surgeries between being elected and the start of the summer recess; I’m excited to be visiting the towns and villages of Ochil and South Perthshire on my summer surgery tour.
With more than 40 surgeries planned over August there will be plenty more opportunities for constituents to meet with their MP to discuss personal or local issues. Mr Graham was keen to highlight the role of surgeries for an MP.
‘The first five surgeries were well received over the weekend, with a number of local issues being raised by constituents. As an MP, it is so important to have that direct line to what constituents are concerned about in their community. Equally, for constituents it’s crucial they have an accessible MP, with whom they can raise their concerns, which is what I intend to be.
