The Scottish Government has been holding a consultation on the proposals for a Draft Referendum Bill.
In simple terms, the Government are looking to have in place something that allows them to hold an independence referendum if they deem that is the best way to protect Scotland’s interests.
The consultation is looking for opinions from the people of Scotland on the proposed running of said possible referendum.
This consultation finishes on 11th January and is liable to have far reaching consequences for the future of Scotland. The more people who take part in the consultation, the better representation it will be of the true opinions of those people.
If you want to have your voice heard then take part in the consultation today.
