“What Happens Next?
The Proposed Plan will be submitted to Council for approval on 22 November 2017. If the Council approves the Proposed Plan, and once any amendments required by the Council are made, the Proposed Plan will be published and a formal period of representation will begin. This will be the final opportunity for people and organisations to say whether they agree with the Proposed Plan or would like to see changes made. Representations received on the Proposed Plan will be used to help the Council decide whether or not to make modifications prior to submission to Scottish Ministers.
Further details of where we are now, and how we are going about consultation can be found in The Development Plan Scheme. The Draft Action programme is based on the Action Programme for LDP1, but now includes the actions/proposals for LDP2.
As part of the period of representations the Council will be running public information drop in events where information on the plan and how to make representations will be on display and staff will be available to answer queries.”
Information on the proposed plan can be found on the Perth and Kinross website here.
